I know long time no hear from me haha, I've been kinda busy, hence bugger all art submissions either. I've been tottering along at work (I dunno if I told you mob but I work in a pub now ) and doing uni..which kinda sux cos both my classes are crappy.

It was my birthday on the 22nd of August I turned the big 1-9 lolz. I got underwear from my mum haha. My partners bought me a drawing tablet OMG! Which I'm really happy about its an Intuos3 if anyone has any feedback on them, now I gotta figure out how to use it lol. The only problem with it is, cos it was the best one he could get (in darwin anyway) he didnt take into consideration its size. ITS FREAKIN HUGE, which would be alright except its like the same size as my laptop which takes up 3/4 of my desk anyway, so I don't know how im gonna sort out my comp and tablet so I can actually use it lol, bless him.

Ok guys heres the deal...

I have an older sister, she is 25 years to my 18 years. Well she had this bf Jamie for about 7 years and about 6 months ago they broke up...her decision thats ok I liked him but whatever. Then all of a sudden she has this new bf...Troy. Now normally I dont think age matters in a relation ship but this guy had already been married once has kids and is 7 years older than my sister. Now I didn't like him from day one, mainly because I'm thinkin..."ok why did this marriage end?" and the other reason was I just had a bad feeling about him, and wouldnt ya know it...I was right.

Last weekend my mum gets this random phone call, talks for a bit then hands the phone to me...its my sister. She asks me to pick her up from her house (that she recently bought with the fella...Troy) thats 45min away (her car was at our house cos dad was repairin it). Anywhos I pick her up and she bursts out cryin in front of me. Now thats a hard thing for me to see, my older sister bawling right before my eyes. I do the only thing I can do..."whats wrong" I ask. She explains that Troy just snapped for no reason, says he met some other girl on his trip to Melbourne whos 100 times better than her, he threw a beer bottle at her, smashed her phone then took off. BUT not before he spawled off some bullshit off to my mother on the phone saying that my sister is mentally insane I mean come on. BUT WAIT THERES MORE!

On my return home my boyfriend pulls me aside and say that Troy rang my mums mobile just after I left, thankfully he answered it. Apparently he said to come get my sister quickly because she was cuttin cords on his stereo. Now I've known my sister long enough to know that YES she does get angry...but when she does...she would more likely smash something then carefully cut the wires of it. Anywhos she stayed at our house on the weekend and then everything seemed to go back to normal....WRONG!

I get home from uni tonight and my sister is home, its all good she stops by every now and then to say hi pick up mail etc and I thought nothing of it. About 2 hours ago both mum and my sis say goodnight I say it back etc. Now I assumed dad had gone to bed aswell cos sometimes he forgets to say goodnight no biggy...WRONG AGAIN KATE! When I come out of my room some time later, hes on the phone to this Troy wanker having words with him. From what I gathered he was lying about my sisters mental health saying shes taking medication etc BULLSHIT!. My dad hangs up and then goes and wakes my sister up wanting to talk to her. He says and I quote "I'm sick of the fucking lies I want the truth from you, no bullshit" at the top of his lungs. He keeps asking her questions and everytime she tries to answer he cuts her off "I SAID NO FUCKING LIES!" then mum gets up wondering what the fuck is going on and tries to defend my sister, to be honest dad went ape shit. Now I know my sister has lied before, I'm not as ignorant to say shes a saint, but in the end I was crying so hard because I couldn't stand to here him yell at her like that. And then he rings Troy again and the shit hits the fan even more! Now he's coming around tomorrow to try and sort shit out, I can already see it going pear shaped...and quite honestly I DONT FUCKING WANT HIM HERE.

Well I'm trying to do some good from this and I hope that even in a tiny way it works. I have a deviant on my watch list who I discovered through the gorgeous way she portrays Sailor Moon characters, her style of art in my opinion is beautiful. She has started to take commisions but unfortunately no one seems to have asked for one yet. I beleieve this is because she needs more people to see her art and find the right niche in the market . Sorry but I am really upset because Deviantart has removed all my de-motivational pics. HOW DARE THEY! I know it is because the photos used technically aren't mine, but thats not fair *sigh* I'm gonna go cry now.

On a different note, as I was re-reading Blood Noir by Laurell.K.Hamilton last and there was a bit where Anita flies out with Jason on Jean-Claude's private jet. This being just after I'd re-read the Twilight series for the billionth time. Anyways I had the most randomest thought...wanna hear it...well here it is anyway. In 3 out of the 4 Twilight books, Bella and the Cullens race off in cars and planes to numerous destinations. I thought, Carlisle must spend heaps of money on the cars themselves, fuel etc and also all that money on plane tickets. This is related more to the plane tickets than the cars, I thought why doesn't Carlisle just buy his own private jet? The Cullen's have so much free time I'm sure they could all get their piloting licenses...hmmm just a thought.
